Introduction

                                       Hey! Everyone this is Moazam Ali Abbasi". Today, I am starting my first ever blog on "Daily Diet" but before starting, as a blogger I want to give some intro about my self.
  • I am doing bachelor degree (Doctor Of Physical Therapy) at Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center(JPMC) Karachi(Sindh-Pakistan)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               In this blog, I'll make you aware about all the diet we are taking in our daily living. Most of the time, we ignore the merits & demerits of what we are taking in our daily diet. Now a days people have became so busy that they don't even look after their own diet, which make them lazy, depressed and in worst diseases. In our daily diet, there are  many kinds of fruits, vegetables, mutton, beef, chicken, fish, diary products, liquids(tea, coffee, soft drinks), which we are using in regular diet.

  7. Good job bro, iam delightful to see your article about healthy diet. In our busy schedule we usually ignore our diet,which directly feable our health. It is mandatory to aware others that how to maintain their diet even in their busy schedule.
